Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of an order is subject to cancellation charges as outlined below:
    • Personalized Poster: Rs. 300
    • Customized Collage Frame: Rs. 300
    • Digital Merge Painting: Rs. 400
  • If an order is cancelled after the preview has been approved, no refund will be possible.

Damaged Product:

  • If the customer receives a damaged product, the product will be re-shipped to the customer’s address at no additional cost.
  • Customers must raise a damage request, including visual proof of the damaged product, Within 24 hours after receiving the product.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of approval.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
